Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you the customer and us the service provider.  


Cancellations require 24-hour notice. Booking deposit is non-refundable. Customers and their guest will utilize the service voluntarily after payment and at own risk.  We will not be liable for any injuries as a result of using the service.



Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy consists of:

  • Terms of refund (in full minus deposit, only if submitted 24 hours prior to scheduled time)
  • State of return (5 to 10 business days)
